Wolftank H2 Electrolyzer

The Wolftank H2 Electrolyzer is an ideal PEM hydrogen production system due to its efficiency and ability to produce high-purity hydrogen (99.999% purity – ISO 14687 standard).

With low water and power consumption, this advanced technology offers a hydrogen production rate of 0.5 Nm3/h and a hydrogen output pressure of 30 bar.

The system uses renewable energy sources or low-carbon electricity to convert water into hydrogen in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way.

Wolftank H2 Transport Container is an innovative mobile solution ideal for an efficient hydrogen supply, specially for short and medium distances.

TPED certified (Transportable Pressure Equipment), it has 300 bar or 500 bar versions. This innovative solution provides energy and time-saving during the filling and emptying processes. It enables ecologically sustainable hydrogen distribution and it can be transported by any authorized logistic provider. ADR and ISO 10961.2020.

Wolftank H2 Smart Cartridge

The Wolftank H2 Smart Cartridge provides compressed hydrogen to be used in backup systems. The smart cartridge solves problems of distribution and ensures the availability of hydrogen in large networks of hundreds or thousands of backup systems, as in the telecommunication network industry.

The smart cartridge is constantly monitored for its position, hydrogen storage level, usage and safety parameters.

The Wolftank H2 Dispenser is a safe and reliable refuelling system for all kinds of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV).

This stand-alone unit is an affordable solution for hydrogen dispensing and is offered in multiple variations for 350 bar and 700 bar. It has a remarkable layout for easy and safe handling of the dispenser. TÜV certified. It implements all state-of-the-art refuelling protocols (e.g., SAE® J2601, JPEC, etc.).

The Wolftank H2 Dual Dispenser is a future-ready, double-pressure device for efficient refueling at both 350 and 700 bar, designed to serve all types of hydrogen-powered vehicles.

With its modular, scalable design, it adapts seamlessly to your station’s needs. Optional integrations of components such as high-pressure storage, cooling, or compression units provide maximum flexibility. An integrated control system enables remote monitoring and ensures safe operation and a smooth, user-friendly refueling experience.

It provides fast, efficient and safe hydrogen refueling with state-of-the-art refueling protocols such as SAE J2601 implemented (certified MC formula expected in 2026).

The Wolftank H2 Mobile Station is a durable mobile hydrogen station that refuels all common vehicle types anywhere and under the most adverse circumstances.

Its configuration is available as 350 bar and 700 bar. Refuelling is safe and software-controlled according to state-of-the-art protocols (e.g., SAE, JPEC). It is an ideal backup for hydrogen refueling stations and ensures maximum availability. Certified ATEX 2014/34/EU, PED 2014/68/EU, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Wolftank H2 Mobile Station Easy

The Wolftank H2 Mobile Station Easy is designed specifically for the intralogistics sector. The redundant system is scalable and adaptable to all sizes of hydrogen-powered logistics vehicles and is available as a standard or advanced version.

As space is often at a premium in the intralogistics sector, we have developed a highly efficient and space-saving refueling solution for indoor use (depending on local legislation), particularly in the production halls of large industrial companies. Part of the system is installed outdoors, while only the necessary dispensing unit is installed indoors.

The Wolftank H2 Compressor Container is a compact backup compressor unit designed to support industrial indoor dispensers and fully compliant with all relevant industrial standards. It enables simultaneous dispenser operations through a high-pressure pipeline that serves as the compressed hydrogen distribution network. This system is scalable by adjusting operating parameters or by using multiple units in parallel.

Engineered to serve a diverse range of vehicles, including trains, trucks, buses, cars, forklifter trucks, and boats it accommodates various dispensing point configurations (350, 700, 350/350, 350/700, 700/700), ensuring flexibility in your refueling needs. It boasts broad refueling protocol support, including SAE J2601, CEP, and custom options for various cooling scenarios.
