Decarbonising logistics: Wolftank hydrogen solutions
Hydrogen is a very suitable energy carrier for use in logistics. Unlike battery-powered forklifts and industrial trucks, it can be refuelled in less than 3 minutes to ensure a high daily mileage.
In this context, Wolftank Group will present at LOGIMAT an innovative portfolio of tailor-made solutions for intralogistics, including refueling equipment and solutions for H2 intralogistics fleets, as well as our main H2 refueling system for indoor installation, i.e. for use inside a production hall or warehouse.
The Wolftank product line ensures safe and reliable refueling of logistics vehicles. The technology includes the necessary refueling and safety equipment as well as integrated process water extraction and vehicle and operator identification systems. The refueling system itself can be networked with ERP and PLC/PCS, allowing necessary refueling stops to be taken into account in route planning and process parameters to be evaluated. The identification system via a UHF RFID interface also makes it possible to locate the vehicle both indoors and outdoors.
The main advantage is that Wolftank’s redundant system is scalable and adaptable to all sizes of hydrogen-powered logistics vehicles, such as forklifts, AGVs, APMs and AIVs.
